How do I cancel a booking?

Open My Bookings, select the booking, and use Get Help to request cancellation. Our team confirms the applicable charges before anything is cancelled, so there are no surprises.

Non-refundable fares cannot be cancelled for a refund, but many still allow a date change for a fee.
