Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any booking or service you purchase from Global Travel Bangladesh (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Our role

We act as a travel agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers and other suppliers. Each supplier’s own conditions of carriage or service also apply to your booking, and the supplier is responsible for providing the service.

2. Bookings and payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or the agreed deposit) is received and a confirmation or e-ticket is issued.
  • Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise and may change until the booking is confirmed, due to fare availability, taxes or exchange rates.
  • You are responsible for making sure all passenger names and details match the passport or national ID exactly. Name corrections may incur supplier charges.

3. Travel documents and visas

  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport (normally with at least six months’ validity), visas, health certificates and any other documents required for your journey.
  • We assist with visa applications, but the decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or authority. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Visa, embassy and service fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted, whatever the outcome.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the airline, hotel or supplier, plus our service charge where applicable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Hajj and Umrah packages

Hajj and Umrah packages are also subject to the rules of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bangladesh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Package inclusions, schedules and payment deadlines are set out in the package agreement you sign with us.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage, visa refusals or other events caused by suppliers, authorities, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Fares and availability shown are provided by suppliers and may change without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
