What happens if my visa is rejected?

We refund our service fee if an application we prepared is rejected. Embassy fees are collected by the embassy itself and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome — that is their policy, not ours.

We will also explain the rejection reason and advise whether reapplying makes sense.
