How long does a refund take?

Refunds are credited to your GlobalTravels wallet immediately once the airline or hotel approves the cancellation, so you can rebook straight away.

If you want the money back to your original payment method instead, it takes 7 to 14 working days depending on your bank. Airline cancellation charges are deducted as per the fare rules shown at the time of booking.
